The Alliance is a Christ-centered, Acts 1:8 family that is passionate about bringing all of Jesus to all of the world. The Eastern PA District of the Alliance uniquely fulfills this mission by developing Kingdom workers for increasing Gospel impact. As a district, we are looking for a multiplying leader who is ready to bring the Gospel of Jesus to new communities through church planting. Overview: As a Church Planter, you will be the spiritual, visional, and multiplication leader of a church planting team in a location determined through our discernment and assessment process. You will be responsible to seek the Lord’s direction in implementing a vision and strategy for creating a disciple making community. Through the creation of a church planting team, you will foster a community that is rooted in the Gospel, lives on faith-filled mission with Jesus, and exercises courageous leadership. Each church planter is expected to be a Gospel-rooted, courageous, missional, and catalytic leader that meets the biblical qualifications of an elder.
