Role is hybrid and includes working both in field and supporting clinical manager with leadership responsibilities. Areas of coverage include Homewood, Country Club Hills, Chicago Heights, Park Forest, Crete (and surrounding areas) and Hazel Crest (and surrounding areas) Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
