Director, YouTube Strategy Overview: Hearst Media Production Group (HMPG) is seeking a Director, YouTube Strategy to define and lead the company’s YouTube growth strategy across its portfolio of digital properties, programming, and brands. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, performance framework, and optimization priorities for audience growth, engagement, revenue opportunity, and platform expansion in alignment with HMPG’s broader distribution and business objectives. This position reports to the Creative Services Director and works cross-functionally with Production, Editorial, Marketing, Distribution, and Business Affairs teams. This position is in-office four (4) days based in our Charlotte, NC office. Responsibilities: Define and lead YouTube strategy across channels, franchises, and digital brands, establishing the roadmap, priorities, and success measures for growth, engagement, revenue opportunity, and platform expansion.
