SUMMARY: The Branch Manager is responsible to oversee and manage end-to-end processes and operations within the branch location. Must ensure adherence to all laws and legal regulations, provide excellent customer service, manage on-site staff, optimize productivity, grow the business, monitor all financial matters and support sales staff as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Exceed customer expectations by providing highest possible service quality to customers. Optimize branch transactions, increase sales and decrease costs.
