Human Resource Internship Purpose: HR Interns will work with leaders in our organization to gain a better understanding of human resources in the manufacturing environment. This position will teach you the ins and outs of our daily procedures and will give you a better understanding of how our organization runs. The internship will be start in the middle of May and end in August. Skills: - Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from multiple departments - Support the team with various tasks and projects - Staying on task and able to do repetitive work for extended periods of time. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information - Answering incoming calls and transferring them to their destination - Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. - Team player and results oriented - Attention to detail - Ability to use a computer to interpret information - Being able to solve problems and offer suggestions for improvement - Perform other duties as required by supervision.
