Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Reno, NV 89521WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing and posting various types of accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, employee expense reports, check requests, IRS 1099s, and IRS 1042 filings. This role ensures supplier invoices and payment obligations are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Reporting to: Accounts Payable Supervisor: A highlight of your day-to-day will include: Processing day-to-day accounts payable transactions to ensure supplier invoices and payment obligations are accurate, timely, and compliant. Receiving, reviewing, and inputting supplier invoices and employee reimbursements; reconciling supplier statements; clearing posting discrepancies; and maintaining supporting documentation and tracking spreadsheets. Maintaining Supplier Master Files, including new vendor setup, TIN matching, document control, and IRS 1099 and 1042 compliance and filings.
