About the Role: You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through course options and turning enquiries into enrolments. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll: - Be the first point of contact for prospective students—via phone, email, and online channels - Have meaningful conversations to understand career goals, skills, and training needs - Provide clear, tailored course advice aligned to student outcomes - Convert enquiries into enrolments using strong, ethical sales techniques - Guide students through pre-enrolment, induction, and onboarding processes - Accurately manage student records and bookings in systems - Work closely with Heads of Department and Business Development teams to align opportunities - Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships What You Will Bring: - A natural ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with confidence - Experience in customer service, recruitment, sa...
