Job description

Essential Functions: - Assists team members with uniform fittings. - Receives uniforms ensuring wardrobe area and stock is neat and organized - Uniform exchanges occur according to established procedures. - Collects and inspects uniforms from team members who depart from property. - Prepares uniforms for laundry pick‑up. - Inspects and puts away all clean uniforms. - Issues and collects aprons and other accessories. - Completes loan slips for borrowed uniforms or accessories. - Operates team member coatroom as required. - Completes New Hire and Termination paperwork and issues lockers. - Unpacks and hangs stock. - Consistently demonstrates superior internal and external customer service skills. - Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. - Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness. - Is ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. - Checks for satisfaction an...
