Description Summary: Under the supervision of the Chief of Social Enterprises & Development, the Sr Director of Development is responsible for advancing the agency’s unrestricted revenue goals through the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major, and high-capacity donors. This role serves as a senior, externally focused fundraiser who builds and manages a portfolio of individual, corporate, and community stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on relationship-based fundraising, leadership giving, and long-term philanthropic investment.
