POSITION SUMMARY: Mirum is seeking a Contracts Manager who will partner with internal stakeholders to draft, redline, review, negotiate and execute clear agreements with external business partners and providers. The types of agreements include a variety of commercial and clinical trial agreements, including software licensing, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, Manufacturing, Supply, Quality, HCP and General Consulting Agreements and well as the full suite of Clinical trial agreements (CTAs, LOIs and PI acknowledgements).
