Principal Software Engineer – Learning & Data Platforms Role Summary: The (USA) Principal, Software Engineer – Learning & Data Platforms leads the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable engineering and data solutions that power Wibey Golden Paths and Global Tech learning experiences. This role drives technical excellence across onboarding platforms, Learning Management System (LMS) management, Bootcamp redesign, learning agent development, and complex learning data ecosystems. Operating at a strategic level, the Principal Engineer defines system integration standards, data architecture frameworks, and platform scalability approaches to enable seamless, AI-enabled, data-driven learning experiences. The position requires strong technical vision, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, resilient solutions aligned to enterprise learning strategy and long-term platform evolution.
