Description Position Overview: This position performs a variety of routine manual tasks, i.e., cleaning floors, hallways, furniture, and equipment in the facility and performing related duties as required. Supervision is received from the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities: - Gather all wastepaper and place for disposal - Sweep and mop all floor surfaces; vacuum all carpeted areas - Dust desk, chairs, tables, and other office furniture - Wet mop restroom floors - Sanitize toilets, toilet seats, and urinals - Clean entrance ways and lobby - Sweep sidewalk around the facility - Check doors and gate upon completion of work and secure facility - Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned - Sanitize all door handles, doorknobs door push bars - Wash trash bins daily - Refill sanitizer/hand soap dispensers, and disinfectant spray bottles daily - Refill all paper dispenser products on each shift. - Other duties as assigned.
