Responsibilities: - Conduct daily and weekly surveillance monitoring to ensure warehouse operations meet company security and safety standards. - Review and analyze video footage for potential policy violations, incidents, or compliance risks. - Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to investigate incidents and prepare related reports. - Ensure all surveillance systems are functioning properly; report and coordinate maintenance or upgrades as needed. - Maintain compliance with company security protocols. - Develop and implement compliance checklists, internal audits, and corrective actions. - Support the implementation of new monitoring systems, procedures, and training programs. - Prepare regular compliance and incident analysis reports for management review. - Assist in vendor coordination and document manag...
