Your main responsibilities: The Fintech area offers Allegro customers modern financial solutions that enable easy and safe shopping. This includes, among others, deferred payments, installment products, the Allegro Pay card, Allegro Klik payments, and Allegro Care insurance. We are constantly working on innovations that meet our customers' needs. We focus on a culture of innovation, dynamic action, and mutual support, because we believe that the best products are created in a team that plays for one goal. You will work on the development of products and services in the Fintech area (both existing and new), in accordance with the adopted e2e roadmap (from the conceptual phase through implementation, maintenance, and further development) You will be responsible for creating initiatives, introducing changes and improvements to existing products and processes, to increase the value of delivered services in the eyes of our customers You will continuously analyze and identify changing customer needs in terms of product, process, UI, and UX You will deliver new product elements through direct cooperation with stakeholders, development teams, data analysts, UX designers, researchers, and o...
