About the team: The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. Our partnership team works with external partners and service providers to support compliant, efficient growth across EMEA markets. As a Partnership Intern, you will support partner operations, including financial settlement, product requirements, and process optimization, to enhance partner and merchant experience through structured, data-driven improvements. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
