Role Purpose We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student to support our Maintenance team. This position offers hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, asset management, and reliability practices within a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Review OEM manuals to identify and document preventive maintenance (PM) intervals for critical crane components, including booms, main hoists, gantries, and trolleys across six cranes. - Develop comprehensive job plans (work instructions) for each maintenance interval (e.g., 300-hour, 500-hour, 1,000-hour, 1,500-hour), ensuring alignment with OEM recommendations and best practices. - Create clear and accurate diagrams for each crane, including the identification and labeling of all sheaves. - Analyze OEM manuals to determine PM intervals for additional equipment, including reach stackers, internal transfer vehicles (ITVs), and forklifts. - Shadow Maintenance Managers and team members to gain practical exposure to equipment, maintenance processes, and daily operations. - Support reliability initiatives by participating in discussions and activities related to thermography, vibration analysis, and oil sampling...
