ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.) - Maintain & adhere to all resort service standards & expectations. - Ability to prioritize tasks & having an keen eye for detail, including but not limited to mise en place, table setups, checklists - Working & communicating as part of a cohesive team - POS – point of sales – knowledge - Basic computer (pc) knowledge & usage - Obtain & maintain a RAMP certificate through the state of PA - Maintain & care for department assets, including but not limited to serviceware, tables, room service vehicle. - Adhere to SOS – sequence of service – for an in room dining experience, meeting all standards. - Stay up to date on menu knowledge & allergy awareness. - Assists with guest requests from guest profiles in our RMS – sevenrooms/Host, including but not limited to contact information, preferences, information to create real life magic (anniversaries, birthdays, personal preferences, etc). - Excellent communication skills, with proper phone etiquette - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & maintain collective & genuine in high volu...
