CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: (1) Physical Plant Operations & Maintenance- Working closely with the Assistant Chief Engineer, this position contributes to the development and implementation of maintenance/ infrastructure related programs of our Global Headquarters (HQ) location. This is a high-rise, class A, commercial office tower in downtown Cleveland. (2) Building Systems and Technology- Maintain expert level proficiency in all building systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Fire/ Life Safety Systems, and Lighting/ Automatic Shades. - Efficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the major systems and related equipment in the facility including the following: BAS, chiller plant, boiler plant, cooling tower, chemical stations, air handlers, heat pumps, domestic water pumps, fire pumps, diesel generators, electrical distribution systems, and life safety equipment. - Perform daily rounds and equipment inspections in a timely and efficient manner. - Provide support and respond quickly to property emergencies and equipment issues.
