Job description

Job Summary: To create and implement multiple projects for the distribution centers as well as serve as a resource for operations and logistics for analysis and reports. Projects: Analysis: - Create and implement projects to improve our warehouse operations. - Focus on cost savings at each distribution center. - Define and share best methods across all distribution centers. - Implement projects initiated by local distribution center's management. - Provide data and analysis to identify productivity improvements. - Create new and improve databases for use by operations. - Establish database, analysis, and methodology for slotting. Support: - Improve present operations reports. - Create new reports to facilitate managing the business. - Streamline present report generation process. - Provide support as a resource to each distribution center. - Serve as liaison between operations and other functions. - Travel required up to 25% of the time.
