Job Title Office Manager Job Description Summary: This role will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing local office operations for commercial real estate services within the Oakland, San Francisco & Walnut Creek offices with an expectation of regular in-person presence at each location. This role will ensure that administrative, facilities, and operational functions are provided to them in an efficient and effective manner. The Office Manager will serve as a critical conduit between local brokerage teams, market leadership and corporate functions. This role will be the first point of contact for brokers and market support staff for any issues requiring escalation to market leadership.
