Job description

Lead Cabin Appearance Agent Key responsibilities: - Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines - Clean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables - Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists, including security searches - Use personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protection - Manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly - Provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed - Work closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly - Effectively communicate with all hub services agents - Ensure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processed - Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities - Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times - Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications and minimum requirements: - High school diploma, GED or preferred - Minimum...
