Demand Generation Lead, Google Cloud Marketing (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, German)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of B2B marketing and multi channel marketing experience with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands. - Experience in using Data Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting to track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Opportunity conversion rates and ROI. - Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel. - Experience partnering with Sales and Business Development (BDR/SDR) teams to define strategies. - Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the cloud marketing and partner marketing. - Experience in Demand Generation. - Excellent project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies. - Excellent people management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various teams.
