What you'll be doing: As our App Modernisation Team Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team delivering cloud‑native modernisation projects for Atech customers on Microsoft Azure. You’ll combine technical leadership, delivery oversight and people management to ensure projects land on time, on budget and to a high standard. In this role, you will: - Lead and manage the delivery of application modernisation projects - Act as technical lead on complex, high‑priority work - Drive Agile delivery practices and continuously improve our methodology - Identify risks, resolve issues and keep projects on track - Mentor and develop your engineering team - Ensure high‑quality documentation and delivery outputs - Work closely with Product, Architecture and cross‑functional teams to align delivery - Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business - Recruit, manage and support team performance - Monitor forecasts, support revenue targets and allocate resources effectively - Embed best practices, lead lessons‑learned sessions and champion continuous improvement - Promote innovation and explore new technologies to enhance customer outcomes We want to hear from you if you: - Bring stron...
