Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: Summary The Food Offer Specialist Team Leader provides strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of Food Offer Specialists responsible for restaurant operations across deli, QSR and FSR concepts within assigned regions. This role serves as the primary people leader , ensuring Food Offer Specialists are effectively developed, supported, and aligned to company priorities while protecting brand integrity and driving strong financial and operational performance. The Food Offer Team Leader establishes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety, while acting as a key connector between franchise brand partners, TA Marketing and Food Service teams, field leadership, and sites. Through intentional coaching, clear expectations, and hands‑on leadership, this role ensures consistent execution of food programs and measurable results in sales, margin, labor, inventory, and EBITDA.
