Join PSC as a Personal Assistant based in Sydney, supporting a General Manager and direct reports. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a consulting environment. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, support meetings, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in maintaining structure, communication, and efficiency across the APAC – Operational Technologies leadership team. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident using Microsoft Office and emerging tools such as AI, SharePoint, and CRM platforms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA looking to step into a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership.
