Description SUMMARY: The CSR I will administer Coastal Villages Region Fund’s (CVRF) economic development programs in their community, in alignment with organizational strategy, policies, and procedures. The CSR I will also represent CVRF through communication, outreach, and customer service. The CSR I supports the effective operation of the Community Service Center (CSC) through additional responsibilities including accounting, recruitment, purchasing, mechanic, and inventory management activities. Moderate to frequent overnight travel is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct local implementation-planning and delivery of assigned programs/initiatives within given timelines, on budget, and in alignment with departmental strategy, policies, and procedures - Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate temporary seasonal employees (up to 120) - Generate community-wide awareness of CVRF programs/services/initiatives, and distribute outreach materials under the direction of the CSMs and program leadership - Liaise with local governments and other community institutions to keep them informed about CVRF operations, and monitor com...
