We are looking for a dedicated AV Technician to join our in-house team, with the opportunity to develop into a Lead AV Technician for our summits division within 6 months. This role is based in Nicosia , Cyprus with travel required across Europe and the U.S. for select events. This person must be willing to relocate to Nicosia. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up, operating, and dismantling AV equipment for summits, working closely with the Lead AV Technician. Assist in maintaining equipment by ensuring proper handling, storage, and testing procedures are followed. Provide onsite technical support during summit events. Troubleshoot AV issues onsite and ensure smooth event execution. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and quality standards to ensure professionalism and excellence in AV operations.
