Job description
The CRN functions as a leader within the three spheres of impact (Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, Organization/System), and is an active participant in the nursing leadership team. Bachelor's Degree in nursing required. Master's degree in nursing preferred. Three years of successful RN experience required. Two years in the specialty area preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CRN workload. License/Certification: Current MN RN license required. The CRN will have five years to complete their CNS education and obtain a MN APRN, CNS license. Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association, Red Cross, or the Military Training Network.
