Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in advertising, sales, sales strategy, or a related field. - Experience in a customer-facing role, influencing stakeholders and navigating objections. - Experience leading, managing, and coaching a team to meet and exceed goals. - Experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, product management, or sales strategy. Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing and deploying business strategy and integrated go-to-market plans. - Experience selling or managing media/advertising solutions for clients or agencies. - Experience with data-driven marketing, performance reporting, and interpreting complex metrics to drive decision-making. - Ability to not only understand measurement solutions but coach team members on complex implementation and optimization (e.g., GA4, Lift Studies, First-Party Data).
