As a General Manager at IHOP, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs efficiently and profitably while meeting IHOP’s high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of employees, driving sales, and creating a positive environment for both employees and customers.
