POSITION OVERVIEW: The Information Technologist (IT) I – Information Management Officer (IMO) supports the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (USAFCoE) by delivering comprehensive client and desktop support services within a Microsoft Windows-based environment. This role is responsible for managing network registration, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Intune accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring compliance with Army cybersecurity standards.
