This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Functional Application Support for a national project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Incident Management: resolve or guide towards the resolution of any technical or functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem; - Regularly make suggestions to avoid repetitive manual tasks; - Regularly update the support documentation and create user guides; - Collaborate with different teams (Dev, IT, BO) to enhance system functionality, user experience, proper tracking; - Perform the necessary analysis on ongoing or new issues and testing on UAT environment. 💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Proven professional experience in similar roles; - Solid experience with SQL and UNIX; - Solid experience with ITIL; - Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system; - Familiarity with Financial Markets - Transversal Financ...
