This job is responsible for performing the financial clearance along with conducting a comprehensive analysis of patient payer specific benefits and patient liability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and clarifying the available financial resources for patient care; referral, consultation, evaluation, listing transplantation, and continuing after transplantation to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, this job works with other members of the transplant team, insurers, and administrative personnel at the hospital.
