Job Title: Director, Learning & Development Department: Culture & Development: Location: Riedman Campus: 100 Kings Highway South Rochester, NY 14617 United States of America Hours Per Week: FT 40 hours/week SUMMARY: The role leads the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise learning programs that build skills, strengthen performance, and enhance the team member experience across the organization. This role ensures that system wide learning solutions support organizational capability needs and help the organization remain a place where team members learn, grow, and thrive. The position oversees the Riedman Training Center, including its technology, training facilities, and operational logistics. This includes leadership of New Employee Orientation, workforce development pathways, professional skills programs, and ongoing learning experiences that support internal mobility and continuous development. This role is a key leader within the Culture & Development Team, a Center of Excellence within the People Team, responsible for advancing belonging, team member experience, learning, leadership development, and talent mobility.
