Job description

Schedule Sunday- Tuesday Nights- 5pm-5:30am: Essential Functions: •Ensures customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines performing inspections of products prior to delivery to customers and documenting results in accordance with established procedures •Ensures products meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations met, if not exceeded •Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies •Researches and resolves cancelled picks, picks on hold, and other applicable duties •Researches and monitors Flatbed Fulfillment Center (FFC) shrink daily providing key information to FFC Operations Support Supervisor •Communicates compliance issues to FFC Operations Support Supervisor •Reports WMS issues impacting day-to-day operations and optimization troubleshooting and providing support to resolve issues in a timely manner •Audits processes across the facility ensuring correct processes are utilized, recording inaccuracies, and providing information to the FFC Operations Support Supervisor •Conducts audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules •Works closely with supervisors and associates to correct errors •Delivers coaching and feedback to team members related to qu...
