Purpose: The Senior Survey Technician’s primary role is to prepare high quality survey drawings, plats, and mapping deliverables based on field data, legal descriptions, and client specifications. Ancillary duties include reviewing the collected survey data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project scope, and providing technical guidance to junior Survey CAD Technicians. Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize survey drawings, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision plats, easement exhibits, legal descriptions, construction staking, and as-built drawings - Process and interpret field data from total stations, GPS, laser scanning equipment (Terrestrial, Aerial, Mobile) - Perform deed research, deed plotting, deed interpretation, and boundary calculations. - Ensure compliance with state, municipal, and cli...
