Role Overview: The Dedicated Client Delivery Facilitator (Virtual) supports a single client engagement over a defined period of time, serving as both an active facilitator and a virtual delivery partner. This role is a temporary, part-time position responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality virtual learning experiences across repeated sessions delivered to multiple cohorts over approximately nine months. This role differs from traditional adjunct facilitation by emphasizing continuity, consistency, and delivery ownership. All session content is provided by the client; the facilitator’s focus is on learner engagement, effective experience delivery, and seamless virtual execution across the full duration of the engagement.
