Work Shift: Day Pay Type: Salary Hourly Rate (if applicable): N/A Targeted Base Salary Range (if applicable): $75,300.00 - $97,700.00 JOB OVERVIEW: The Demand Planner – Commodity is responsible for all activities associated with developing an operational commodity forecast for the enterprise to execute against. Creates and maintains statistical baselines as available for their product portfolio incorporating sales forecast input, business intelligence, marketing insights and shipment history. Develops commodity sales strategy with sales and supply. Functions as the primary integration point into the commercial and growth organization. Leads demand plan discussions each month with key counterparts in Sales and Marketing for IBP Demand Review. Delivers a timely, accurate and actionable monthly demand plan to Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. RESPONSIBILITIES: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Develops and maintains monthly operational forecast down to Product/Sold To/Location using the IBP Demand Module. - Utilizes sales plans, distribution changes, shipment history, competitor activities and marketing plans. - Conducts monthly root cause analysis of forecast error to identify corrective...
