Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and perform maintenance, repair, and alterations of our district buildings and grounds. This role requires hands-on work as well as leadership in planning and directing maintenance operations. Responsibilities: · Plan, organize, and direct building and grounds maintenance activities · Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance programs (including emergency response and energy management plans) · Perform repairs and facility improvements (painting, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical, landscaping, equipment repair, etc.) · Inspect construction, repair work, and daily maintenance operations · Lead preventative maintenance programs and site projects · Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluations, and discipline · Collaborate with teams to support operational efficiency · Ensure OSHA standards for operation and recordkeeping are being followed · Collect quotes from outside co...
