We are looking to hire a Marketing and Proposal Manager based in our Pittsburgh, PA office. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Role Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the company’s marketing and proposal efforts across all divisions. This role is accountable for developing high-quality marketing materials, managing proposal development, and supporting business development initiatives that position the company to win new work. The Marketing and Proposal Manager partners closely with leadership and operations to ensure consistent branding, effective communication, and timely delivery of proposals and marketing initiatives.
