Position Summary The Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and equipment essential for our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Education: Experience: Knowledge: Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Buyer in the manufacturing industry, preferably within sectors such as Defense and Aerospace. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements - Strong negotiation and analytical skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with inventory management and MRP systems.
