Description Job Summary: The Case Manager provides advocacy, support, and resources to families in Vision House’s transitional housing program. This role focuses on identifying client strengths, addressing barriers, and developing strategies for long-term success. The Case Manager assists residents in achieving goals related to health, employment, finances, education, and permanent housing while maintaining a trauma-informed, client-driven, and strength-based approach to care. REPORTS TO: Family Program Site Manager HOURS: 40 hours per week, hourly, Monday-Friday based on program needs LOCATION: Renton, WA: Our new Case Manager will enjoy the following benefits: At Vision House, we serve populations from a variety of backgrounds.
