Job description
The Manager of IT Infrastructure & SAP Basis leads the design, reliability, security, and performance of the organization’s technology environment, including on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, enterprise networks, and SAP Basis operations. This role oversees a multidisciplinary technical team responsible for delivering stable operations, modernizing core platforms, and supporting mission‑critical SAP and non‑SAP systems. In-office/Non-remote in Maryville, TN: Core Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Leadership: - Direct daily operations across servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, and data center environments. - Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business strategy, cybersecurity requirements, and scalability needs. - Oversee high‑availability architectures, backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness. - Implement monitoring, observability, and automation tools to improve reliability and reduce manual effort. - Manage vendor relationships, licensing, support contracts, and technology procurement.
