The HIG Academy 2026 is a 6-week immersive development program designed to prepare you for a full-time role as a Commercial Lines Client Associate at Houchens Insurance Group beginning in January 2026 in Bowling Green, KY. Applicants will preferably relocate to another HIG office location outside of Bowling Green, KY, once the program concludes. This program is your gateway to a dynamic career in client service with endless growth opportunities.
