Manager Market Access In this role you will be a part of Global Access & Value (GAV) Türkiye team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute pricing and market access strategies for both launch and inline products. Key Responsibilities: Pre-launch planning of launch products: Maximizing the potential of inline products - Lead cross-functional teams, translate economic and clinical value, gather stakeholder insights, and synthesize them into actionable market access strategies. - Develop right value messages and innovative access strategies to optimize pricing and reimbursement conditions of launch assets. - Manage ongoing pricing and reimbursement activities and identify opportunities to improve reimbursement conditions and optimize pricing. Driving Strategic Insights & Innovation: - With an entrepreneur mindset, monitor the evolving healthcare environment and engage with internal and external stakeholders to create insights. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and lead dare to try initiatives that support Pfizer Turkey’s market access goals.
