Alcohol Cart Attendant Department: Food & Beverage: Employment Type: Part-Time / Seasonal Position Summary: The Alcohol Cart Attendant is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests throughout the venue using a mobile beverage cart. This role helps enhance the guest experience by maintaining high service standards, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and keeping carts fully stocked and organized during events. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Operate mobile alcohol/beverage carts throughout the amphitheatre during concerts and events Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all local and state alcohol laws Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of beverage carts and work areas Restock beverages, cups, ice, and supplies throughout events as needed Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Follow all company safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance...
