What We Need: Responsible for conducting scheduled servicing of all facility HVAC systems including exhaust and supply fans, air cooled chillers, and thermal oil boilers. What You'll Do: - Monitor, maintain, calibrate, and alter the building HVAC systems. - Maximizes equipment availability using planned maintenance activities. - Collaborate with other departments and vendors to update, design, and install systems as necessary and during expansion projects. - Operation of powered industrial trucks, including but not limited to forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. - Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision - Follow all established standard operating procedures...
