The Assistant Vice President of Finance/Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer and manages various government and official college business dealings. This role includes direct supervision of the Accounting, Payroll, and Student Accounts departments, as well as oversight of the Bookstore and Food Services as the Director of Ancillary Services. The Controller administers a comprehensive accounting system for all college cost centers, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Responsibilities include safeguarding the college's financial assets, maintaining accurate financial reporting, and developing effective internal controls.
