Description Associate Director, Clinical Operations (PMHNP) Mindfully Psychiatry is a growing private practice and is seeking a compassionate and collaborative clinician-operations manager who thrives in a role that blends patient care (50%) with practice operations (50%) . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing patients and playing a key role in shaping how a small but growing mission-driven psychiatry practice runs day to day. You’ll have a meaningful mix of direct clinical impact and operational management, creating a balanced role with variety, autonomy, and growth potential. This is an ideal stepping-stone for clinicians interested in executive or director-level leadership. Schedule: 5 days per week – flexibility in structuring your day based on patient care vs. operations; no weekends or night shifts required Salary: Base salary range based on experience, with discretionary bonus tied to clinical quality, operational KPI’s, and growth initiatives.
