Summer employment is temporary employment intended to cover the needs of our production workforce and ensure our full-time employees can enjoy their vacation time. Sauder Woodworking Co. is North America’s leading producer of Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) furniture and one of the top five residential furniture manufacturers in the United States. Recently we’ve grown beyond furniture with our Sauder Building Products division, which provides value, quality, and environmentally conscious interior laminate products like cabinets and closet systems to the professional building materials market.
